Posi tion Overview :
FAR GROUP is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects
of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy. - Manage a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job
evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions;
and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. - Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human
resource policies and procedures. - Maintaining strong relationships and communicating changes.
- Respond to service requests, inquiries and concerns promptly and graciously.
- Communicate issues to senior management as needed.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Payroll processing, Verify timesheet information.
- Count the total of payroll costs, Make payments and file reports on time.
- Complete annual reports and tasks to prepare for the next tax year.
- Keep excellent records, Keep up with the minimum wage.
- Keep up with all payroll legislation and compliance.
Requirements:
- Must have proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Must possess knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related
field required. - Must have 3 years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
