Job description
Salary Range: 48-75K+
BMW of Denver (Motorcycles) is looking for a highly motivated, professional, service oriented, person to join our team of service advisors. Responsibilities: Greet customers.
Accurately document all customer concerns on work order and estimates.
Complete all documents required for repair order compliance.
Perform walk around for vehicle condition and properly document.
Responsible for communicating with customers / technicians/ extended warranties and insurance companies for additional services/repairs recommended or needed.
Keep customers updated daily on their vehicle’s status.
Answer phone calls for service questions.
Requirements: Must have at least two years of dealership service department experience (preferred)
Strong teamwork skills.
Clean background
Clean and valid driver’s license. Motorcycle endorsement preferred.
Ability to read/write and comprehend written instructions.
Must comply and maintain BRAND training standards. 401K, Health, vision and dental available.
