If you are a Manufacturing Engineer with 5+ years of experience, please read on!

We are a leader in advanced composite manufacturing and design engineering, delivering durable solutions for space, defense and infrastructure industries. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically interest or experience in the Defense and Space industry. You must also have great design skills and be able to troubleshoot and make improvements to existing machines.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide mechanical design and sustaining engineering expertise to troubleshoot manufacturing defect trends and achieve a more robust and producible product.
- Support and occasionally lead production, test and integration efforts of various programs
- Ability to design mechanical assemblies and parts
- Maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Develop manufacturing plans, procedures, and processes
- Maintain safety and environmental compliance

What You Need for this Position

At least 5+ years of experience with:
- Mechanical Design
- Manufacturing
- AutoCAD
- Solidworks

Preferred:
- Previous experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry
