Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: South Bay
Salary: $160k-$180k 
Requirements: 6+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + experience on Commercial, Healthcare, or life science projects 

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with a wide range of projects across Commercial, Life Science, Office buildings, Healthcare/medical, etc. 

Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for 2 experienced Superintendents. This person will be responsible for managing site construction personnel and operations.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet project completion date 
- Manage / supervise field construction of projects 
- Ensure construction is being completed on time and within budget 
- Schedule and manage multiple crews performing various tasks across the project site
- Work closely with the Project Managers and Project Engineers

What You Need for this Position

- 6+ years experience as a Superintendent
- Commercial construction projects (Restaurants, Retail, Warehouses, LIfe Science/Labs, Healthcare/medical, etc.) 
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Self-motivated
