GOAT SWIM has an entrepreneur opportunity combining the synergy of coaching, IT, and marketing!
Ideal candidate
Position Overview
Identify new membership growth opportunities and new programming development along with coaching responsibilities.
General Responsibilities
Lead coach for both Silver Medal Group ( Middle School) and Senior Group.
Team meets entries, times database upkeep, website housekeeping, email correspondence.
Target marketing through social media, events, GOAT brochure’s distribution
Lil GOATS co lead coach.
Requirements
Prior coaching experience.
Ability to pass SafeSport requirements.
All USA Swimming coaches credentials or in the process of acquiring.
Team Unify proficient.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary – commensurate with experience
· Opportunity for additional compensation through private swim 1:1 coaching
· Percentage commissions through sustainable membership growth.
· Opportunity for additional compensation through assistant high school water polo coach, assistant high school swim coach.
· Three weeks per year of paid vacation: March, July, December
· Paid sick days.

We are GOAT SWIM - Greater Orlando Aquatics Team. Located in Winter Park, Florida. Our mission -“We add value to kids’ lives through the great sport of swimming.”
GOAT SWIM trains out of an 8 lane x 50 Meter deep water pool. We have a weight room on campus and our own swim strength coach whose background is Track & Field. We have a Technical Consultant who is the former University of Florida sprint coach. GOAT SWIM was formed in September 2022.
