Job description
The main tasks include exterior finish carpentry, building architectural wall systems, weatherproofing, and installing steel stud framing on commercial new builds. You will primarily be working with ACM panels but may also work with foam, wood, zinc, copper, terra cotta, and stone panels. You will be working at heights, installing the ACM paneling system on the side of buildings on a swing stage using an impact drill kit. Other responsibilities include weatherproofing the construction site, construction clean-up, and material organizing. Ideal candidates will have experience in tile installation, flooring, siding, roofing, etc. Candidates should be proficient with hand and power tools, and measuring and cutting materials. Candidates that have sheet metal experience are also qualified.
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado.
You will be part of a crew size ranging from 5-20 members, depending on the job size. Project sites typically last anywhere from 6-12 months. The work environment is highly collaborative and requires problem-solving skills. On your first day, you will undergo a 6-hour safety orientation, followed by on-site training on the second day. For the initial 30 days, you will be shadowing a veteran on site performing various tasks such as siding, measuring and cutting materials, or running materials.
