Manage and coordinate daily contractor plant floor activities on assigned projects
o track schedule of planned activities
o work in accordance with technical specifications defined by the engineering
technical team
o ensuring work area prep and cleanup to minimize hazards
o ensuring quality in accordance with MDLZ standards
Write and monitor compliance with safety work, hot work, working at height, confined
space and crane permits
Coordinate all plant floor activity plan with plant operations, HSE, Project Managers, other
Construction Managers, and site Safety Manager
Address/escalate all unsafe construction activities happening in the bakery
Develop, communicate, and execute plan to identify and manage all risks associated with
contractor activities with Safety Manager alignment
Ensuring risk mitigation plan
Take action to stop unsafe practices in contractor activities at site and bring
recommendations to site Safety Manager
Collaborate with project owner, engineers, stakeholders and project manager on all
plant floor projects execution
