- Worksite Location: West Des Moines, IA
- Salary Range: $70,000-80,000
What youll do as the Account Manager - Commercial Lines Insurance: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through advising and responding to all correspondence in a quick and accurate manner
- Collaborate with risk advisors to determine and meet client goals
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with partner insurance carriers
- Promote value-added services
- Refer business across all departments
- Attend and actively participate in agency service training meetings
- Enter activity and other relevant information into the companys software system(s) in accordance with company procedures
- Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
- Continue professional development; pursue and maintain professional designations if applicable
- Travel as necessary for client meetings
What youll bring to the Account Manager - Commercial Lines Insurance role: - High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry
- Previous Commercial Lines Insurance experience
- Active license or ability to obtain a property and casualty insurance license
