As a Food Service team member at Enerbase, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and customer service to our valued customers.

As a Food Service team member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to our customers. You will also ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained, uphold excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our convenience store operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils
• Stock and restock inventory as required, ensuring products are properly displayed and rotated
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, inspecting and storing incoming supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures to create a safe work environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as stand for long periods of time
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
