Position Summary

Branch Supervisors are responsible for a number of tasks in the office as well as marketing to both new and used car dealerships a few days a week. Other duties include supervising staff and working with management to help facilitate faster funding. You will review loan packages and credit reports; proof of income and other documents to ensure all aspects of the verification process has been properly completed prior to funding the loan

The successful candidate provides a superior level of customer service and the ability to interact and promote our finance programs to car dealerships.

Basic Responsibilities

• Review all facets of the loan process for compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Review credit reports, calculate income, examine book valuations, negotiate with dealers
• Ensure stipulations and documentation are in order and are valid
• Mentor, train, coach, develop and motivate staff
• Communicate with dealers and branch team
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships
• Stay abreast of competing markets
• Knowledgeable on funding loan packages (once training is complete)

Skills & Qualifications

• Have some experience reading credit reports
• Attention to detail and work well in fast paced environment
• Some knowledge of industry marketing and sales techniques
• Leadership experience is a PLUS+
• Organizational skills
• Have a command of interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use office equipment
• Computer skills
• Bilingual Spanish / English
