Responsibilities
The TPA Oversight Adjuster is responsible for conducting office investigations and adjusting commercial Liability claims .
The Program Oversight Adjuster is also responsible for, but not limited to:
- Overseeing select TPAs for adherence to GUARD claim handling standards
- Working with Internal Parties and TPAs on data exchange
- Providing direction to the TPAs
- Daily contact with TPAs regarding claims handling
- Performing Audits of Programs and TPAs
- Maintaining all workflow tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications
- 10 plus years of adjusting experience particularly in adjusting multi-venue Bodily Injury claims
- Looking for candidates that are computer literate with strong Microsoft Office capabilities
- Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong base knowledge of medical and legal terminology
