Join a forward-thinking team as the Vice President of Product Strategy at a leading innovator in cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Based in the Greater Seattle area, this full-time position offers a compelling salary range of $220,000 to $250,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including dental, life, medical, vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and more.

We're searching for a visionary and dynamic leader to shape the strategic direction of our products, ensuring they not only meet market needs but exceed customer expectations. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this strategic role involves leading market analysis, competitive intelligence, partner strategies, and product business planning efforts. You will also oversee the product management team to deliver innovative and competitive products, champion product market positioning, and drive product-related acquisitions and mergers.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
Lead market sizing/analysis, competitive intelligence, build partner strategies, and product business planning.
Champion product market positioning and collaborate with marketing and sales channels on product messaging.
Lead planning and execution of product-related acquisitions and mergers.
Foster a culture of innovation and market-centric thinking within the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus.
Proven experience in a VP role within a business software solution company, delivering solutions as a SaaS offering.
Strong business development experience and a solid understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
Experience with partnerships and mergers & acquisitions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and market dynamics.
