Job description
Our client is seeking a Senior Administrative Associate to support an IC customer in Chantilly, VA
Responsibilities - Support BPO/ODIR by providing evening coverage until 1700 in the absence of the Executive Assistant, taking over duties of the BPO/ODIR position.
- At other times, provide direct administrative support to BPO/ODIR/MS staff, including:
- Editing and coordinating communications.
- Tracking and processing awards.
- Archiving and SharePoint administration.
- Attending meetings to record and disseminate minutes.
- Offer support to BPO/FIN/TSC with duties such as:
- Providing office support and Front Desk coverage.
- Handling NRO traveler correspondence and walk-in questions.
- Provide administrative office support to respective BPO offices, including:
- Calendar management.
- Editing and coordinating correspondence.
- Tracking actions.
- Attending meetings to record and disseminate minutes.
- Offer front office support to Principal Deputy Director/OHR, Deputy Director/OHR, and Chief of Staff, including:
- Calendar management.
- Editing and coordinating correspondence.
- Back up support for TIER actions.
Requirements - Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Demonstrated experience working independently, anticipating and adapting to changing mission requirements and priorities and managing multiple tasks with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrated experience with protocol and precedence; IC/DoD structure, regulations, directives, and policies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience.
- Ability to participate productively as a contributing member in a team environment.
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
- Knowledge of proper English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation and sentence structure to ensure that written materials prepared and reviewed are complete, succinct, and formatted correctly.
