Job Details:

Job Summary:

The Practice Manager is responsible for leading and managing medical practice operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. The Practice Manager must maintain knowledge of organization policies, procedures and systems and utilizes skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising. They must work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, public, and external agencies to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a medical practice, 1 of which was in a supervisory role, required.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Four-year degree from an accredited institution preferred.

Licenses / Certifications:

Other:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point). Special Requirements: Travel to all OBGYN and women’s healthlocations in Rockland and Orange counties, required.
