Job description

We seek an experienced personal injury legal assistant who is available to go to various North Jersey locations, after-hours, to deliver and assist clients in signing retainers. This position will pay a flat fee on a per trip basis. If you already have a job, are knowledgeable about personal injury law, and are looking for extra income, we look forward to hearing from you! Responsibilities:

• Be available on short notice to respond to local addresses with retainers for prospective clients to sign
• Be knowledgeable to explain personal injury work and answer questions about the firm and the retainer agreement
• Be available off-hours and on weekends

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree, or some college is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is necessary
• Be a strong communicator
