Overview:

Smile Brands is one of the largest providers of dental support services in the United States. We are seeking a Director of Contracting & Credentialing to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, you will manage and lead the Provider Enrollment team. The Director will provide leadership necessary to manage an efficient and effective team. Under limited supervision the Director oversees the daily operations of the provider contracting functions and aid in formulating and administering organizational policies and procedures. The director will ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory compliance; manage employees, meet expectations of customers and achieve operational goals and objectives.
