Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Laboratory Salesperson to join our team at Raazi Clinical Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in laboratory sales, with a current book of business in one or more of the diagnostic testing categories we service. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their existing network and bringing new accounts to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the diagnostic testing industry.
Utilize your current book of business to generate new accounts for Raazi Clinical Laboratory.
Collaborate with our team to understand the unique offerings of our laboratory and effectively communicate these to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of Raazi Clinical Laboratory.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a laboratory salesperson with a current book of business.
Knowledge and expertise in diagnostic testing categories such as Drug Testing, RPP Testing, UTI Testing, PGX Testing, STI Testing, HPV Testing, Wound Testing, Nail Fungal Testing, and Medical Testing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to negotiate compensation based on business converted over.
