Our client, a leading global international logistics service, is looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive ! Our client is searching for a tenacious, highly motivated, self-starting sales representative(s) who are looking to continue their career, building on their worldwide reputation and success from the Chicago Illinois office. The position is responsible for achieving sales and business development goals and continued development of sales. This is a full-time position that offers car allowance, medical, dental and 401k plan. Compensation includes salary and a highly attractive incentive program.
Senior Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Senior Level Sales Executives are responsible for developing their own leads
- Work on the leads that are provided through your standard sales functions such as cold-calling, appointment setting and telemarketing
- All applicants must already have U.S. Legal residency, a new age car and be able to use a computer
Senior Sales Executive Requirements: - The applicant must have 3 years or more years of Freight Forwarding and or Sales experience.
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Overnight / International travel may be required
- Be team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be self-driven with a sense of urgency and work within a deadline
- Be flexible and be able to handle multiple opportunities at any given time
- The ability to think outside of the box and apply that skill in their daily workload / solution selling.
- The ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Leadership ability will open additional opportunities in company management
