A new position has just become available for a Nurse Manager of Emergency Services with an award-winning, rural health hospital in the Pacific Northwest! 

This opening for an Emergency Department Nurse Manager is with a Level IV Trauma Center that consists of 24 inpatient patient beds, 15 rural health clinic providers, a 70+ patient bed Advanced Assisted Living Facility, 24/7 Emergency Services, and Retail Pharmacy Services. The Emergency Services Nurse Manager will be joining a team that has been recognized as on of Newsweek's Best In State Hospitals of 2024, has received a WSHA Rural Quality Award, and is a Women's Choice Award recipient.

In the role of Nurse Manager of Emergency Services, this nursing leader will provide leadership and direction to the hospital's Emergency and Observation Unit. The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will mentor and train the Registered Nurses in the unit. Responsibilities include personnel management, identifying performance improvement initiatives, policy revision, and upholding the highest level of patient care. This Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Acute Care Services and will manage a team of RNs, many of which have their CEN Certification, anesthesiologists, techs, and other healthcare staff.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a valid and unrestricted Registered Nursing License, 5+ years of experience in Emergency Services in the acute-care setting, and displayed leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or Manager.
