These Process Technician jobs require two years of manufacturing cook experience and a
High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates must be meticulous in following written instructions and monitoring work efforts, have the ability to manage multiple priorities, utilize basic math skills, and audit paperwork. They must complete SHA Lockout / Tagout Compliance Training, have the ability to effectively adapt to change, read, write, and speak English, and demonstrate good time management and prioritization of duties. Additionally, candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time; to work in confined areas, to lift up to 50 lbs. or more, and they must be able to work overtime as necessary. In this role, you will prepare products in large volumes and maintain the integrity of the product until it is delivered to line operators for packing. You will also be responsible for the rate of mixing in achieving the targeted standard of production on time and coordinating the timing of preparation with the ability of the line operators to receive the product.
