The Marketing Manager role supports ImageFIRST’s key growth initiatives through integrated marketing campaigns. This role will support our growth in specific customer segments: hospital, national accounts, and hospitality.
Duties:
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns to support ImageFIRST initiatives. Campaign elements include training, collateral, digital communications, lead generation programs, presentations, contests, reporting, ROI tracking and other required elements. Campaigns include quarterly sales promotions, market launches (for organic growth and acquisitions), product launches and new service offers.
- Manage content, message, tools, logistics and fulfillment
- Prepare campaign presentations, necessary training and launch to the organization
- Drive excitement and engagement throughout campaigns
- Own the program in full, compiling and communicating weekly reporting
- Conduct and communicate quarterly ROI tracking to the business
- Ensure all tactics are consistent, on brand and on message
- Plan related industry association involvement and conferences
- Identify and budget for trade shows. Manage booth readiness and logistics: Coordinate requirements for each show, establish contacts, develop schedules and assignments to sales, including communication to ImageFIRST attendees
- Lead plan including advertising, blogs, press releases, social posts, mailers, etc. for event to increase foot traffic year over year.
- Manage show leads and conduct and communicate quarterly reporting to determine ROI
- Work with Vice President of Marketing to stay within budget for each activity and submit invoices on a timely basis.
- Complete monthly billing reports
- Complete expense reports and provide tracking for items that are billed out to the field
- Other duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Technical Skills Requirement :
- Strong integrated marketing communications knowledge
- Campaign management experience
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Good knowledge of PC platform and Microsoft Office tools
- Vendor management experience
- Some database/CRM and website knowledge
- Hubspot experience a plus
Years of Experience : 5-7
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Travel : minimal
