We provide property owners with detailed damage assessments and offer restoration solutions by way of repairs and replacements to roofing, siding, and gutters. Our project management structure, quality materials, and focus on relationships have fueled our growth and built a network of satisfied customers who have left us over 335 5-star reviews. Last year was our best year ever, but the owner has become the limiting factor to the company's growth. We need a solid "executive officer" to work alongside the owner to help run the day-to-day operations and free up leadership to further grow the company. THIS IS FOR YOU IF: • You want to be part of a growing company and you thrive in an entrepreneurial, ever-changing environment • You have a natural ability to simplify problems and find win-win solutions • You don’t take yourself too seriously and are willing to have fun • You are driven to take ownership of your department and your deliverables • You have a team (“we”) mentality and are excited to celebrate other’s success • You enjoy details and are driven to deliver error-free work • You take pride in overcoming obstacles through old-fashioned hard work • You are an intuitive, conceptual thinker who can see the outcomes before others do Responsibilities: IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE: • In general, running much of the day-to-day operations • Driving efficient workflow across the company (CRM Pipeline) • Customer experience management • Tracking accounts receivable activities and managing the roles responsible for those tasks • Project estimates and supplement oversite • Managing bulk material orders and inventory • Fleet maintenance and loss reduction • Develop and implement company processes (SOPs) • End Of Day accountability review of team tasks • Project contract review and approvals (Accuracy, profitability, scope) • Working with the company owner on strategic planning Qualifications: SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for someone with these awesome skills (You got game?): • SUPER Organizational Skills: proficiency in scheduling, priority management, and follow-up • Communication Skills: keeping people up to date; sharing your calm, not joining their chaos • Persuasive writing skills • You make the world’s best tacos (we may consider quesadillas) • Tech savvy: Come on, it’s 2024. You need to be a wiz with Apps, Google Docs and sheets, emails with attachments, etc (Can you teach the class?) • Process development: finding new ways of doing things better and documenting how to do it every time • Some roofing or construction industry experience is desirable but will train • Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide I-9 employment eligibility verification.
