General Characteristics:

Our product development team leverages sound engineering principles, broad design experience, in-house rapid prototyping, and external vendor relationships to bring ideas to reality. Mechanical engineers at LSINC specialize in industrial machine design , utilizing the latest technology in factory automation controls and motion control to create cutting-edge solutions for our customers. Our team atmosphere fosters collaboration. As a member of the Engineering team, the Electrical Engineer designs the electrical components of products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical engineering technical expertise on projects
• Execute electrical design and assistance on a variety of projects
• Provide technical direction, prepares briefings, and assist in problem resolution on a range of projects
• Plan and execute tests, including post-test analysis and reporting
• Conduct risk assessments, resolve technical issues, and read/explain professional drawings
• Ensures documentation is accurate and updated as needed, and parts are labeled
• Assist in the proposal process, developing project budgets, and monitor project performance against budget
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or the team lead

Experience/Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to execute risk assessment and problem resolution
• Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills
• Good oral and written communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Three years experience in electrical design with electronic circuit technology assembly process (analog, digital, and/or high voltage design) preferred
• Experience in the design, repair, and analysis of electronic systems. Must have exposure to engineering design principles and methodologies
• U.S. Citizenship
