Description


The Town of Davie has transitioned to a four (4) day work week schedule (10 hours per day). Hours of work are Monday through Thursday either 7:00am-5:30pm or 7:30am-6:00pm.


Responsible for the development of budgets, budget projections, budget procedures and fiscal impacts under the direction of the Budget & Finance Director. Coordinates comprehensive effort among departments for budget development and implementation. Directs budget management operations, including production of periodic financial reports, trend analysis, budget monitoring, and review of accounting transactions to verify compliance with adopted budgets. Responsible for researching, analyzing and presenting numerous options for financial management and planning. Supervises employees assigned to assist with budget operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED:

Additional qualifying experience beyond the three (3) years may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
