Job description
We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our store.
Duties :
- Manage the pizza restaurant, make schedules, order groceries, take orders, make pizzas, cut pizzas and box them
- Take care of any customer complaints or any other concerns regarding customer services
- Close shiftsÂ
- Cash handling
- Manage delivery drivers
- Watch inventory
- Make sure all the cleanings are done properly
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
