Responsibilities: Client Interface: • Be a helpful point of contact for clients, assisting with various needs such as coordinating vendor access to properties • Open and close homes for property showings, ensuring a positive experience for potential buyers and vendors • Stay at properties to oversee vendor visits and promptly communicate updates to homeowners • Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner Security Measures: • Implement protocols to ensure the security of homes during and after showings • Take necessary steps to safeguard properties and report any issues promptly • Regularly check on vacant properties Concierge Service: • As a Field Representative, you’ll look for opportunities to wow clients and provide above-and-beyond service to ensure their home sales process goes smoothly Other Things to Note Expect the Unexpected: • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling unforeseen situations • Examples may include resolving on-site issues, accommodating last-minute requests, or responding to unexpected challenges with a proactive mindset Physical Tasks: • Perform various physical tasks, including but not limited to lifting up to 50 lbs • Be prepared for various activities that contribute to the overall maintenance and presentation of properties Car Usage: • Regularly use a personal vehicle for work-related tasks, such as property visits and errands • Mileage reimbursement or transportation allowances will be provided Growth Opportunities: • This role offers the potential for advancement to a lead Field Representative position • As a lead, additional responsibilities may include overseeing a team of field representatives and playing a key role in optimizing processes Qualifications: To Qualify: • Previous experience in client service roles (e.g., hotel bellhop, film set PA, restaurant server, task rabbit worker) • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively • Strong organizational skills • An eye for detail and design and a desire to help homes present well • Must have a car and be comfortable with physical tasks The Details: Salary: $68,000 - $78,000/yr Benefits: Vacation, contribution towards health benefits  Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs, occasional availability on weekends Location: Pasadena, CA About Company: About Eva Lin's Team Top Performing Real Estate Sales Team based in Pasadena, CA 60+ families served with excellence per year$100M+ in annual real estate salesSpecializing in the sale and purchase of high-value homes in Pasadena, San Marino, La Cañada Flintridge, and South PasadenaMission: Deliver life-changing outcomes and a world-class experience to the families we serveOur North Star: We believe clients should be treated like family, not commission checks
