Job Description/ Responsibilities

Train and supervise resources in the Server Delivery and Recovery team for all global server builds both traditional and private cloud.

Train and supervise resources on Solution Delivery Management SOP, catalog, BOM creation and approval.

Correspond with Dell reps and engineers on expansion of physical hardware in AIG CoLocations. Handled the processing of new hardware procedures through SDR and SDM.

Monitor the flow of new SR and PO creation / approval through Ariba and communicate expectations for project deadlines with purchasing team and Dell reps.

Coordinate the review and approval of new operational standards through Compute Services Peer Review.

Oversee testing and development of production engineering efforts approved by CSPR. Monitor and boost ESS app agents through dev lifecycles.

Collaborate with app owners and departments across multiple towers to communicate expectations and provide status updates to CSPR tower leads and stakeholders.

Synchronize the audit of all regional datacenter assets in CMDB and assist asset management in correcting device inventory extended warranty and lifecycle statuses.

Solution out-of-band management SOP and administration of firmware and patch management of Win\RHEL systems on Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME) appliances.

Ownership of OME application as well as certification through software security assessment process.

Encourage operational excellence by prompting collaboration and focused problem management between operations teams. Author SOP documents and communicate expectations.

Participate in revitalizing ServiceNow catalogs and workflows for server and asset CI decommission procedures. Synchronize Visio workflows with service requirement documentation and guide the coordination of dev and UAT tasks.

Facilitate DC and branch office exit strategies by supervising server and asset decommission and asset disposal efforts.

Advance business continuity efforts by updating and reorganizing the recertification of all applications owned across functional towers. Assist in the identification of resources, vendor contracts, and recovery strategies.
