**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders, possessing a deep understanding of behavior analysis principles and a commitment to evidence-based interventions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
- Design and implement behavior analytic programs to address skill deficits and challenging behaviors.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and incorporate best practices into client treatment plans.
**Qualifications:**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus.
