We are looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to work approximately 20 hours a week. Hourly Pay: $18/hr Assigment: 4-5 Month Assignment Schedule: Maximum of 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, Flexible Schedule, Onsite Location: Reseda, CA Responsibilities: Conduct resume harvesting via our CRM system to identify potential candidates for job openings. Assist in event planning and setup for company events, including logistics coordination and on-site support. Provide general office support. Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. Must be available to work onsite for the duration of the position. Note: This position is temporary and is intended to cover for a staff member on maternity leave for approximately 4-5 months. Opportunities for extension or permanent employment may be available based on performance and company needs.
