Installation Project Manager is to serve and satisfy our customers by improving the cost effectiveness and quality of our services by building a team of people who will develop and maintain a quality and serviceoriented attitude that leads the industry creating a sustainable competitive advantage.

Calculate the cost estimate of all project tasks and accurately manage the project budget

Put organizational systems into place to ensure tools vehicles and equipment are wellmaintained and schedule maintenance if needed

Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure highquality project performance

Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code

Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus

Experience using construction or project management software preferred

College degree (Bachelors) in construction management engineering or another relevant field

Excellent timemanagement organizational leadership and communication skills

Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management
