We are a commercial GC in South Texas that has finished approximately a billion dollars' worth of construction projects. With a focus on low-rise commercial construction, we have completed a variety of projects, including those for schools, churches, public and institutional buildings, multi-story office buildings, transportation terminals, distribution warehouses, industrial plants, and medical clinics. Repeat customers are our strength, reputation, and the best indicator of our dedication to safety, quality, and performance, with more than 2,000 completed projects. Right now we need a Superintendent with general commercial construction experience, including ground up projects, to join our team!!The Superintendent is in charge of managing and directing projects from beginning to end. They make sure that the standard of the work is maintained and that the budget is adhered to as intended. You are in charge of overseeing every activity on the premises in its entirety. monitoring the workers' implementation of the design plan's instructions. They keep tabs on the crews and the project's advancement while communicating with the project manager.
5+ years in Superintendent position, working on commercial construction projects.
$75-$135,000/year salary
