Position Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
- Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department to include: Maintaining terminal budget, maintaining files, conduct training & ordering supplies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data and recordkeeping for terminal monthly budget.
- Conducting terminal weekly budget meetings.
- Reconciliation of Maintenance P-Cards statements.
- Collect and submit time sheets for both union and staff employees.
- Maintain filing systems for regulatory items – DEP, PHMSA, RMP, USCG etc…
- Recordkeeping of Maintenance training documentation.
- Understanding of Maintenance work order tracking system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education
- HS diploma or equivalent.
Experience, Specific Knowledge, Certification, Licenses
- 1-3 years administrative work experience in a Liquid or Bulk Terminal office environment
Competencies/Skills
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must have strong computer skills, including, but not limited to MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to learn site specific computer systems.
- Ability to handle large volumes of detailed data and established systems.
Working Conditions
- May be required to work overtime to meet the needs of the terminal and terminal deadlines.
- Able to work in a fast paced, stressful environment.

None.
