We have an extraordinary opportunity for SRAM Compiler Circuit Designers. In the custom digital circuits team, you will implement advanced circuit techniques to improve circuit performance, optimize dynamic/static power and support full bring up through productization. This highly visible role is at the heart of a processor design effort, making a critical impact delivering products to market quickly.
Key Qualifications
- We are looking for applicants with a minimum of 10+ years circuit design experience.
- Expertise in developing memory arrays and high performance low power circuit
- design and Register files/SRAM Arrays
- Drive multi-functional team for failure analysis, corrective action implementation
- plan and yield bridge to a successful ramp & mass production.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams by technical expertise and to present
- complex technical topics to a multi-level audience
- Solid knowledge of industry standard circuit simulation and design tools, top-level
- integration tools.
- Proven understanding of device physics and process.

In this role, you will work on SRAM/memory compiler delivery team collaborating with compiler vendors and design teams, working closely with compiler development and deployment to impact PPA of the end products. Here are the main responsibilities for this role:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of IC compilers that are available Globally
- Drive the development of SRAM and register files to enable high performance and low
power design
- Lead the SRAM compiler IP requirements to Vendors and the internal IP teams
- Understand the complete spectrum of design flow, DFT and testing aspects of the
compiler IPs
- Work with logic/architecture team to capture specifications of SRAM/Reg files/Custom
Circuits and drive the implementation
Education & Experience
A minimum of a BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700.00 and $282,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
