Description:
Services they provide for their clients include but is not limited to: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and Life Safety Systems check, Ceiling Tile system, General Carpentry, Drywall and Framing, Door, Frame and Hardware, Finishes, Cleaning Day Porter Services.
Projects location sites are ranging from San Jose up to Berkeley and Tri-Valley (Livermore, Pleasanton)
Contractor will be reporting to Pleasanton and operating company van to go from site to site.
They are looking for proven electrician (3+ years) who is comfortable with other trades (mechanical, plumbing, carpentry)
Electrician must be comfortable to do majority electrical work but will have no issue with doing other trades to complete a project
This position requires expertise in electrical systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently
Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment with the ability to work independently and solve complex electrical problems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and ability to commute with CLEAN DMV with own electrical tools and equipment
Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
ET Card / Journeyman Card not necessary but ET strongly preferred!
Responsibilities
Main Hub is in Pleasanton - will meet there of the start shift then travel to various projects and work orders in immediate Bay Area
Travel to different locations to perform electrical services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, such as wiring problems, circuit malfunctions, and power outages
Install and repair electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, panels, and wiring
Conduct electrical inspections and provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements
Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while working on job sites
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide solutions
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked
Keep electrical tools and equipment well-maintained and organized
