Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of major construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and quality control. The Project Manager will be involved in all aspects of a project from pre-construction through close-out. This position requires a candidate with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the successful completion of construction projects. This includes overall planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of project resources, design, construction, and operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage the project budget, set goals and objectives, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Supervise and evaluate all subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely communication on project status to all stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve conflicts related to the project.
• Ensure all project safety standards are met and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in all aspects of structural concrete
