Job description

Herzum, an international IT consulting company, is seeking a bright and initiative-taking person to join our Chicago-based team as a Director of sales to support our expansion in the United States.

Job Description:

This position is perfect for a person with one to three years of IT B2B sales experience or experience in a technical sales position. In this role, the Director of sales will engage clients to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, manage customer relationships, and develop new markets to sell Atlassian and monday.com Software Licenses and Support. In addition, they will create and execute proposals, sales strategies, and close plans and participate in marketing activities and events.

We have offices in United States, Europe and Latin América. We help teams with the technical, cultural, organizational, and methodological elements of digital transformations. We design information architecture, resolve the relationship with project management and document management, automate releases, and optimize collaboration.

Requirements

· 1+ years of IT B2B sales and account management experience, ideally within a consulting environment, software, or technology solutions.

· High achiever with good record of delivering new businesses.

· Proven network of contacts

· Experienced in building relationships with C-levels and business decision makers.

· Demonstrated experience leading sales cycle from identification to close.

· Strong prioritization and negotiation skills

· Ability to produce executive reports for professional presentations.

Beneficial Skills

· Previous experience with Agile, Atlassian or monday.com.
