The Registered Dietitian will work 2 hours per week supporting DaVita Skilled Nursing Facility dialysis dens. This person will visit the dialysis den on-site once per month. The DaVita dialysis dens are located at Clear Creek in Westminster, CO & Harmony Point in Lakewood.
Approximately 10% of all dialysis patients reside in a SNF and are transported to dialysis three times a week placing a significant burden on patients and adding significant avoidable costs to the healthcare system. Requirements:
1+ year of Registered Dietitian experience in aClinical environment.
State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

Salary/ Wage Range
$28.50 - $45.50 / hourCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
