Join Our Team as a Payroll Administrator!

Are you detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills? We're seeking a Payroll Administrator to be the backbone of our HR department, ensuring smooth operations and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Comprehensive Personnel Records: You'll be responsible for keeping accurate records of our employees, ensuring all details are up-to-date and well-organized.

Efficiently Process New Hires and Terminations: Seamlessly onboard new team members and handle final pay and Cobra notifications for departing employees.

Precise Payroll Processing: Process payroll data meticulously for various pay schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with Office Managers at remote branches to coordinate payroll activities effectively.

Digital Record Management: Utilize our electronic database to file and manage all personnel records securely.

Records Retention Compliance: Ensure adherence to our Records Retention Policy, managing the retention and disposal of company records appropriately.

Supportive Role: Provide valuable support to the Payroll Manager and assist in various HR functions as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

Qualifications:

Deadline-Driven: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Garnishments and Tax Levies: Familiarity with these areas is advantageous.
HRIS Experience: Previous exposure to HRIS systems, preferably Ultimate Software.
Payroll Experience: 3-5 years of recent payroll experience, ideally within a large organization with at least 1,000 employees.
