Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their goals.
- Provide prospective buyers with property viewings and tours.
- Aid clients in effectively pricing and marketing their properties.
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
- Stay current with market trends and property values to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one.
