In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters.

BAE Systems is looking for a new Hardware Quality Eng II in C4ISR. Our mission is to reliably deliver customer-focused, secure communications, navigation, and identification products, which are integrated across all levels of production. Experience the entire life cycle of a hardware production program from development and demonstration, test design and development, product fielding and sustainment. The selected candidate will be part of a Quality Engineering team throughout the product lifecycle. From semiconductor components to circuit card assemblies, sub-assembly as well as sub-systems, our products are global and beyond. Quality First mindset with past inspection experience highly desired.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
IPC-610 Certification, AS9100 or AS9145 highly desirable. Experience with DCMA and government contracts.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $82440 - $140160

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
