Key statistics:
We are currently seeking a versatile Paralegal in our Menlo Park, CA; Phoenix, AZ or Natick, MA office, to join our small but mighty legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of functions that fall within the responsibility of the Legal team. This is a great opportunity to join as the Legal Department’s first paralegal as we seek to innovate our function to support future business growth.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to adapt to a fast-paced and diverse legal environment. This role will work closely with all attorneys in the Legal Department as well as internal stakeholders from other functions, and periodically with outside counsel. Ideal candidate will: have experience in at least 3 of the areas below; bring agility through eagerness to learn new subject areas and tools; be a confident collaborator and team player; be accountable, self-driven and able to manage responsibilities with minimal oversight or reminders; be solutions-oriented; and have a can-do, service-oriented attitude.

The pay rate for this position is $38.46 - $48.08 depending on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.
