QualificationsThe OTP Clinical Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with the Program Director to maintain and develop the clinical staff as well as promoting the clinical integrity of the program. Primary responsibilities include providing direct clinical services, providing clinical supervision to the therapists, developing and maintaining a robust program schedule, and routine review of clinical services documented in the patient record. The OTP Clinical Supervisor develops and implements clinical services that are in alignment with regulatory standards as well as best-practice guidelines. Clinical support and supervision are a primary function of this position.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinically related mental health and/or Human Service field.
Experience : Minimum requirement three (3) years of experience providing addiction treatment services. Must have strong clinical assessment skills.
License: LSW, LAC, or equivalent required. Candidate should be actively pursuing LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCAC, or other clinically related licensure. Must maintain active license.
Preferred Requirements: Experience providing clinical supervision. May be required to work flexible hours.
