Nealey Tire & Auto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Auto Repair Manager to oversee our dynamic team in Annapolis, MD. If you're a strategic problem solver and solid leader, then you could be who need! Keep reading to find out.
THE BASICS
Pay : In addition to earning $60,000 - $120,000/year , you can also receive performance-based bonuses .
Schedule : You don't have to worry about working weekends, as your typical schedule goes from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday .

YOUR DAYS
As our Auto Repair Manager, you are responsible for coordinating our daily operations, maintaining our facility, and overseeing our automotive team. You help keep our clients happy and ensure that all work is completed efficiently and accurately. As time passes, you develop strategies for meeting location goals and help improve our processes. You take pride in ensuring every day at our shop is smooth sailing!
REQUIREMENTS
