Job description
Imagine360 is currently seeking an Implementation and Contract Specialist to join the team! In the role of Client Implementation & Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the implementation and onboarding of new client groups for the RBP Client Implementation Team. You will handle all facets of the onboarding process and you will provide support for existing client groups as necessary including plan changes. A key primary responsibility of this role will involve contract administration responsibilities on behalf of the Client Implementation Team including the drafting, tracking and maintenance of client agreements and other implementation-related documentation.
Position Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Successfully lead all facets of the implementation process for new clients including, but not limited to, coordination of contracts, ID cards, and plan documents
- Assist with the drafting, tracking and maintenance of client agreements and generally serve as a subject matter expert on the handling of contracts and other documentation as it pertains to the implementation process including the creation of a more efficient contract tracking system
- Be able to efficiently and in an organized manner handle a large caseload of clients at any given time
- Handle SalesForce setup work for both new and existing clients
- Serve as a point of contact for third party administrators (TPAs), brokers, clients and internal stakeholders regarding all implementation-related activities and processes
- Identify obstacles that arise during implementation and escalate as warranted
- Prepare reports and status updates for internal staff and external partners
- Participate in Implementation calls as necessary and internal meetings when required
- Facilitate plan changes for existing clients
- Participate in and lead training sessions for TPA partners and new clients as it relates to the implementation process
- Triage all emails that are sent to the team Outlook inbox to ensure that they are either handled directly or sent to the appropriate team member for handling
- Assist with or handle other project-related work as requested by Implementation Director or Manager
Required Experience/Education:
- College Degree or equivalent combination of college and work experience.
- 1-3 years of healthcare insurance related or similar experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Possess ability to resolve problems independently and demonstrate ability to multitask and to meet tight turnaround times
- Possess ability to routinely and consistently follow-up on outstanding document signature requirements
- Possess advanced organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Possess computer skills which include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to building new skills and fostering a positive working environment
- Previous analytics and reporting skills preferred
- Previous SalesForce experience preferred
- Previous contract administration experience preferred
