Comfort Inn, Idaho Falls in Idaho Falls, ID, US is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk team member to join our hospitality family. Hours and days are 3 pm-11 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With a salary range of $12 - $13 hourly, this position offers a competitive compensation package. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, answering phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure a seamless experience for our valued guests. • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of their reservations.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Must have valid US work authorization.
