Job description
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in Construction to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and a proven track record of managing large-scale commercial construction projects. Candidates must also have experience with podium, WRAP and multi-family/ground up/tenant improvement construction.
As the Superintendent, you will oversee the full range of Construction activities from planning to completion. You will be responsible for managing large projects and ensuring that all areas of construction are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Construction industry and be familiar with podium, WRAP and multi-family/ground up/tenant improvement construction. The ideal candidate should also have excellent project management skills and be able to lead large projects to completion.
This position offers a salary of up to $120,000 annually. In addition, there may be bonuses, commissions, and other perks based on performance.
