Nursing Supervisor – Day Shift
Marietta & Dunwoody, GA

- Daytime hours with no evenings or weekends required (9 am-5 pm)
- Visit with patients for initial assessments and follow-ups
- Interact with caregivers & clients
- Monitor & update the patient's care plan
- Supervise & direct care personnel concerning the patient's care plan
- Coordinate inter-agency services to develop a patient's care plan
- Keep state records updated and secured
- Address all correspondence promptly
- Investigate & resolve any complaints concerning staff or the services received
- Resolve issues between clients and caregivers in a timely and professional manner
- Navigate the behaviors of patients who are cognitively declining
- Show concern for the elderly in our community by providing respectful, attentive care
- Split time between our offices in Marietta and Dunwoody (2 days at one location/3 days at the other)
4 Seasons Home Care is hiring a FT RN (Registered Nurse) as the Nursing Supervisor to help with in-person visits to clients and oversee their care by informing everyone, from nursing staff to family members, about their care.

Our Ideal Nursing Supervisor:
- Experience : Must be an RN (Registered Nurse). Experience with senior citizens is preferred. Leadership experience is a plus.
- Certifications : Must have a current RN license issued by the State of Georgia.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of a MAC computer. Ability to navigate G-Suite: Google Sheets, Docs, Google Drive, etc.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build solid relationships and support the nursing staff while communicating with the family and keeping accurate records.
- Compassionate & Empathetic: A heart for older patients and what they're experiencing as they age; possess a high level of sensitivity in navigating family dynamics.
- Adaptable: Comfortable with last-minute changes to the schedule; ability to prioritize and problem-solve issues that pop up.
- Self-Starter: Able to accomplish tasks without much supervision.
What we offer our Nursing Supervisor:
- $70-$80k – Salary
- Fixed Schedule: M-F, 9 am-5 pm
