Nurse Paralegal
Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an experienced
Nurse Paralegal to join our client, a law firm, located in
Wilmington, DE! As the Nurse Paralegal, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating potential medical malpractice cases. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity starting at $75,000/year depending on experience!
Responsibilities of the Nurse Paralegal Include:- Utilize effective communication skills to work with clients and provide updates regarding the potential malpractice case status.
- Review and analyze medical records and documentation for instances of malpractice.
- Perform research, as needed, to assist with the case.
- Compile evidence for attorneys.
- Provide additional administrative support, as needed.
Requirements of the Nurse Paralegal:- Nursing degree and license, in addition to 5+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; research and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
