Job description
We are looking for a trained chef specializing in wood-fired pizza who would be interested in running a pop-up pizza business at an established winery in Newberg. We hope to collaborate with someone who can operate their own business onsite while we provide customers and professional exposure and opportunities for growth. We do not expect to take a cut of your profits. This would be for Saturdays over the summer and other events starting this April.
Chef would be responsible for running his or her own point of sale, staffing, all ingredients, packaging, and cooking.
Winery would provide wood fire pizza oven, wood, outdoor kitchen, prep and serving space, and venue/customers.
This is a great opportunity for chefs looking to make extra income and gain exposure to existing catering/private chef businesses. Must provide food handlers license.
