Job description
Abacus Technology is seeking a Program Manager to provide acquisition and advisory services in support of the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Lackland AFB. This is a full-time position.
15+ years experience in a program or acquisition management role including at least 5 years supporting DoD programs. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience with contract documentation, the MIPR process, SLAs, and MOAs. Must have experience with Agile acquisition and development. Experience with cyber security and cloud solutions. Must be able to communicate with segment leaders and project stakeholders to align with project scope, requirements, and objectives. Able to work with a multi-disciplinary and geographically separated team. Able to identify and research new tools/technologies and assess how they may fit with the existing systems. Knowledge of support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems, and the pursuit of alternative courses of action. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).
